In the meantime we removed the 2020 version from the Autodesk Desktop-App. We identified the problem and solution is on the way. Thanks Timothy for sharing feedback and confirmation (Revit 2020). Very frustrating trying to track down this issue, especially given that it is an add-in provided by Autodesk to users in the Autodesk Desktop App. All 3 projects were in Revit 2020, and support suggested disabling add-ins to try and pinpoint the cause of the issue (since the user was able to access those projects on a different computer). We had one user, where every time he opened 3 particular projects, the links were ‘Not Loaded’ and when opening Manage Links > Reload From, BIM360 just showed as empty.
I can confirm this add-in has also caused an issue with BIM 360 linked models for us.
Select the view set that you want to export from the drop down list. Once installed the Publish to NWC Add-in is available from the Add-ins tab in Revit.
